This is an active job. Not just a driving job.

You will be required to walk, lift, and carry packages throughout the entire shift. Expect frequent vehicle exits and hands-on deliveries during a typical 8–10-hour shift. Both postings specify packages weighing up to 70 pounds. This describes recurring activity, not working without breaks.
