Privacy notice.

Information you provide

Optional website introductions collect contact details, city and state, role interest, experience, availability, and optional résumé information. Inquiries collect name, email, optional phone number, subject, and message. Do not submit Social Security numbers, birth dates, or identity documents.

Official job applications

The careers page links to Skyline job postings on SmartRecruiters. Applications submitted there use SmartRecruiters and its applicable privacy practices. Website introductions are separate from those applications.

Use and storage

Website information is used for recruiting and inquiry handling and stored in the managed database. The private inbox requires the website owner's authenticated account. Infrastructure providers process data as needed to operate the website.

Contact inquiries including name, email, optional phone, topic, message, and reference are forwarded to compliance@skyvdsp.com through a Manus automation using our connected Microsoft Outlook account. Your email is included so the team can respond directly. Automation handoff does not confirm email sending; sending does not guarantee inbox delivery; saved inquiries remain available for authorized review if forwarding fails. General career introductions are not forwarded by this contact-email feature.

Your questions and requests

To request correction, deletion, or withdrawal of website information, use the contact form and provide your reference. No fixed retention period has been set. Authentication cookies are used for the private inbox; applicants need no website account.

Security

No online system can guarantee absolute security. Third-party résumé links have their own privacy practices. Last updated October 10, 2026.
